For example, we have a passion in the field of scientific writing, then we join organizations related to research. With that, we will find a lot of experience regarding scientific writing while improving the quality of the writing we do. This is very profitable, because it can show job prospects.

Furthermore, choosing an organization that matches your passion also affects how serious you are about living it. Because if we choose the wrong one, sometimes we feel objected and get bored easily. After feeling this incompatibility, a person tends to prefer to stop halfway.

2. Have a clear vision and mission

3. Understand the culture that exists in the organization

The environment greatly influences a person’s personality. If we choose a good environment, of course we will also get carried away by good things. On the other hand, if the chosen environment is not good, then things that are not good can also be embedded in us.

Therefore, the culture or culture in the organization should also be considered. Especially if the culture that is built tends to lead to negative things, we should reconsider joining.

4. Look at the achievements or the quality of the organization from the testimonials of its former students

Good organizations will generally produce good graduates or alumni. Ensuring that the organization has a constructive impact on each of its members.
